The average UK resident will directly generate 5 tonnes of CO2 emissions per year through direct activities such as personal transport and energy consumption. The carbon offset for you is the equivalent to over a months worth of your direct carbon emissions. How long does it take to receive my confirmation certificate? This depends on how you choose to register your gift. If you register online then you will receive your supporter certificate within 10 working days. If you fill out and return your form by post then it is increased to 28 working days from the date Gift Republic receives your form. Alternatively, if you would prefer to be more environmentally friendly, you can choose to receive an e-certificate by email. Just tick the option on the registration sheet or during your online registration process. How long do I have to register my gift? You have 12 months in which to register your gift.
